Mayank Tenguria is a researcher and biopreneur with a strong focus on microbial bioprospecting, bioactive molecule & metabolite discovery, and applied biotechnology. He conceptualized Molmet with a vision to explore biological diversity and translate it into meaningful scientific, industrial, and societal solutions through discovery-driven approaches.
His work integrates microbiology, molecular biology, cell-based systems, nanotechnology, and bioanalytical techniques to generate application-oriented solutions. He has led multiple research initiatives spanning microbial discovery, pharmacological screening, metabolite analysis, and nanoparticle-based systems, consistently bridging discovery with real-world applications.
His vision is to build Molmet into a globally recognized discovery platform driven by bioprospecting, biological asset development, and collaborative innovation.
Dr. Khichi brings extensive experience in agriculture R&D, product development, and deployment of bio-based solutions. His work focuses on aligning scientific innovation with sustainable agricultural practices through biofertilizers, biopesticides, functional biochemical formulations and biocontrol strategies.
His efforts have contributed to improving agricultural practices and supporting farming communities across diverse regions.
He is committed to advancing sustainable agri-biotech solutions by integrating biological innovation with practical field-level impact.
Dr. Katariya is a scientist and consultant with expertise in nanotechnology, cell culture systems, and translational biomedical research. Her work includes anticancer activity evaluation, cytotoxicity studies, and molecular oncology investigations using advanced in-vitro models.
Dr. Katariya contributes to the design and execution of bioactivity screening and cell-based studies, supporting the discovery and evaluation of novel bioactive molecules within Molmet's research and collaboration programs.
Ayush specializes in microbial isolation, molecular identification, and bioactivity screening, along with metabolite analysis using analytical techniques. He contributes to the development, organization, and maintenance of Molmet's biological asset platform.
He supports discovery-driven workflows through systematic management of microbial strains and associated data. His expertise also extends to computational biology approaches that aid in data interpretation and asset optimization.
Dr. Dubey specializes in molecular biology, cell culture systems, and in-vitro pharmacological research. Her work focuses on cytotoxicity evaluation, gene-based investigations, and in-vitro pharmacological studies using advanced experimental models.
She has experience in biological investigations using model systems such as Drosophila melanogaster, supporting mechanistic and functional studies. Dr. Dubey has also contributed to research on the biological impact of microplastics, particularly their potential hazards arising from routine human exposure.
At Molmet, she supports bioactivity screening, molecular investigations, and cell-based validation workflows, contributing to the evaluation of novel bioactive molecules and discovery-driven research programs.
